New York Counts Coalition Requests City Funding for Community Based Organizations for Census Engagement

In a letter to Deputy Mayor J. Phillip Thompson and Chief Democracy Officer Ayirini Fonseca-Sabune, members of the New York Counts 2020 coalition, including Citizens Union, urge the City to include adequate funding for non-profit organizations who will be on the front line of census outreach efforts at the neighborhood level.
