Citizens Union supports Congestion Pricing, but believes that several improvements have to be made to strengthen Senate Bill S.7243-B and address its weaknesses and flaws.  Because of congestion pricing’s experimental nature, the bill must contain provisions that allow for careful review and adjustment as it is being implemented and used.
