In our first “post-pandemic,” in-person Civic Conversation, Citizens Union hosted Janno Lieber, Chair and CEO of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, in front of a full room at The Century Association. Leiber spoke candidly about the challenges of running the MTA, and broke the news that the agency had reached an agreement to make the system more accessible, settling a class action lawsuit brought by disability advocates.
